We have created this this monthly Subscription as a way to inspire direct connection between us + you. the current model for independent musicians is broken. it hasn't felt right to us for a long time. it only creates anxiety and feelings of unrest about how to survive making music in the long term. indie musicians are forced to have to exploit their work or collude with corporations to make money in lieu of the record sales that used to sustain them in the past. it dilutes the purity of what is being made, who it is being made for, and how it is used. We have a fantasy of being able to work together to subvert the reptilian overlords trying to take control of independent art and give that power back to us. by 'us' i mean 'me + you'. because music is a collective experience, and it takes the both of us working together to keep it alive.

We are really excited by the opportunity to deepen the connection and narrow the bridge between the music makers and the music listeners. We are looking forward to putting energy into creating new things for you: whether they're new songs, demos, works in progress, mixes, reading lists, travel guides, exclusive merch, music videos... as well as offering: free tickets to shows in your city, first listens to upcoming works, live streams of concerts... basically, whatever we can dream of! instead of feeling helpless, let's feel empowered.
